Hello, beautiful people! Autumn is here and also harvest time. I spent a beautiful time in nature, surrounded by amazing vineyard up in the hills. I adore grapes and all other autumn sweet delights. Picking your own grapes is the best feeling ever. It is good for my soul and I am connected with nature on all levels, but the main reason we hand pick is to preserve the integrity of the fruit, which can lead to better wine. Hello, beautiful people. Those days I was traveling around amazing Rogaška Slatina. The wells of Rogaška Slatina were known already in the antique. Hello, beautiful people. These days I was planning to make a delicious, domestic healthy marmalade from fresh strawberries. And voila, here it is. I adore raw strawberries a lot, so this marmalade is perfect, food for the morning breakfast. Making jam is actually pretty easy once you’ve sterilized your jars ready to go. This is a soft set jam and tastes like you wouldn’t believe – it makes a great gift too. Get creative and make nice labels for the different jars. It’s absolutely delicious simply spread on fresh buttered toast, dolloped onto a portion of rice pudding, used as a filling for a homemade Victoria sponge or, as an extra special treat, enjoyed with scones and clotted cream. Give it a go!

Zelenci is a nature reserve which is known by a ground springs of Sava Dolinka River. (Sava River has two sources branches: Sava Bohinjka and Sava Dolinka). The majority of water flows underground from Tamar valley where is the first spring – Nadiza – white waters of Nadiza. Lake of Zelenci has intensive green color (that is how it got its name – ‘zelen = green’). Present lake is situated on the edge of a swamp which is a remainder of the greater lake which was created after the last glacial period.

Is there a better classroom for yoga than in the cathedral of a forest? I have never found one. That exposure to vitamin D, and breathing lungfuls of clean air is better for the body than being inside. That nature has a soothing effect on the brain. When we practice yoga outdoors we more easily remember our connection to the whole—which is the very point of yoga itself. It’s as if nature in her wisdom has been patiently waiting for us to come and ask her questions, and once we start our practice she receives the green light to answer us fully. And then we are enveloped in her arms. Blessings to all!

Every little girl wants to be a ballerina at some point in their life, right? Well, I was definitely one of them. My love for the elegant dance form was immeasurable. I took classes five days a week. I adore ballet style, lovely sophisticated pointed shoes, dresses and all other accessorize. These days I am dancing only for my soul and my relaxation. It`s the best therapy to calm all the senses. Here are 7 “less-known” benefits of ballet that are worth thinking about.

1. Long and Lean Muscles.

It tones and sculpts your body. Ballet classes  are designed to teach movements that will naturally develop long and lean muscles, not thick ones.

2. Better Posture.

Because it requires the use of good posture and alignment, you will naturally improve awareness of the way you stand, walk, sit and carry out your daily activities.

3. Poise and Confidence.

Ballet classes help improve your poise, confidence, but with a touch of grace. You will repeatedly be taught to do a series of simple exercises called barre exercises.
