Hi, all the beautiful people. Yesterday on 20th April I had a birthday. I spent an amazing day at Arboretum Volčji potok. Volčji Potok Arboretum is the most visited horticultural facility in Slovenia. In the last twenty years it became famous for its spring flower shows. Visitors from all parts of the country and from abroad come to Arboretum to be fascinated by millions of daffodil, tulip and other spring flowers. I felt so happy, relaxed and I felt like I am a real princess.

People come here for walks in early spring to enjoy the nature’s colourful waking; when horse chestnuts and the whole park blossom to admire the vitality of young life; on hot days to find delight in charming gaily coloured flower beds offering a proof of summer strengths; in autumn when dry leaves rustle under their feet to find peace and solitude and make use of the last warm sunshine rays; they come in winter to pay attention to things not noticed earlier. I took al these beautiful photos; I hope you`ll enjoy too.

Hello, beautiful people! Today I had a lovely chocolate day in a beautiful small town Radovljica. Slovenian town is hosting the 5th annual festival of chocolate. The festival boasts the biggest chocolate in the world, after the giant chocolate of 140 square metres exceeded the existing Guinness world record by 30 square metres.

Everyone have a chance to taste the historic dessert and also be able to learn all about chocolate making at chocolate factory. On the photos bellow, you can see beautiful art of chocolate. It was a perfect sweet Sunday.

❀ Spring Sport Style. ❀

Hello, beautiful people. The spring is here, days are warmer and I started with my outdoor activities again. Now I can do yoga outside in the garden with all the fancy outfits. Yes, for me it`s important to have nice styling also for sports activities. Your workout clothes do more than make you look good: wearing the right material will make you feel more comfortable. But don`t forget lovely colours too!

Every little girl wants to be a ballerina at some point in their life, right? Well, I was definitely one of them. My love for the elegant dance form was immeasurable. I took classes five days a week. I adore ballet style, lovely sophisticated pointed shoes, dresses and all other accessorize. These days I am dancing only for my soul and my relaxation. It`s the best therapy to calm all the senses. Here are 7 “less-known” benefits of ballet that are worth thinking about.

1. Long and Lean Muscles.

It tones and sculpts your body. Ballet classes  are designed to teach movements that will naturally develop long and lean muscles, not thick ones.

2. Better Posture.

Because it requires the use of good posture and alignment, you will naturally improve awareness of the way you stand, walk, sit and carry out your daily activities.

3. Poise and Confidence.

Ballet classes help improve your poise, confidence, but with a touch of grace. You will repeatedly be taught to do a series of simple exercises called barre exercises.

4. Flatter Tummy.

It makes your waistline become more defined. Ballet class students’ back and ab muscles are strengthened over time, resulting in less back pains and a flatter abdomen.

5. Flexibility.

Taking ballet lessons makes your body a lot more flexible. Chances are, the movements you will practice in your next ballet class give you an amazing and effective body flexibility workout because it uses muscles that aren’t often used in other sport activities.

6. Mental and Emotional Health.

Your body isn’t the only part of you that benefits from ballet. Because every ballet student will interpret each dance movement in their unique way, the release of this personal creative expression can be highly-therapeutic, promoting mental and emotional health.

7. Dissolve Stress.

Ballet can melt your daily stresses away. The exercises in ballet class will require you to shift your focus to the proper movement of your hands, placement of your legs and feet, as well as the coordination of your body with music. Ballet students report they actually feel completely removed from the world as they know it.

ℒovely spring Sunday. ✿

Hi, all the beautiful people. I love spring with all the signs of the rebirth of flora and fauna. The beautiful colors washing away the gray snow brightens each day with the new blooms that appear. Everything  comes back to live again and the nature smells so beautiful. These photos were taken yesterday in a lake Bled. It was also my first time this year for an Icecream. 🙂 Please tell me, what is your favourite time of the year and why? Blessings from me to you! 🌺 🌻 🌺
