If you were to ask anyone who knows me, they’d tell you the truth: I love to sleep. Whether it’s catching a solid eight hours (or occasionally more) every night. 🙂 I could be a professional sleeper. My blanket and pillow are so comforting.  Sleep makes you feel better, but its importance goes way beyond just boosting your mood or banishing under-eye circles. Adequate sleep is a key part of a healthy lifestyle, and can benefit your heart, weight, mind, and more.
