Today it`s a rainy day overhere, that`s why I prepared healthy, fresh ginger tea with hibiscus, lemone and honey. I put it in a lovely antique cup, because it`s really a pleasure drinking tea from it. Ginger is Mother Nature’s protective cloak, shielding us from sickness on winter days. This tea is very spicy, if it tastes too strong, dilute it with more hot water and honey. Traditional advice is not to drink more than 2 cups of ginger tea a day unless you are using it as a treatment for a bad chest cold. If you want a cold tea, let your tea cool down, store it in the fridge and add ice cubes before serving. Ginger is a powerful herb and truly a blessing. Make sure you are using it. Enjoy!
